Return/Refund Policy

PEMF NOW offers a simple 14-day money back guarantee.  The device MUST be returned in a like-new, undamaged condition from a smoke-free environment for a full refund.

If you need to return your PEMF NOW, send a request for return to support@getpemfnow.com.

We will send you a Return Authorization Number.

When we receive your PEMF NOW device, your order will be refunded. 

A customer MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from our office before returning any item. Items must be returned within seven (7) business days of the day the Authorization Number is issued.

To receive your Return Authorization number, please call 855-663-7363  Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm CST and speak to Customer Service. Please have the email address used when ordering ready. 

WARRANTY

PEMF NOW has a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty on any defects on the PEMF NOW Device and a six-month manufacturer’s warranty on the PEMF NOW Pocket and Extension Strap.
